Nathalie Wuiame is a senior researcher, lawyer by training, working in the field of employment, social inclusion and equality policies for 20 years for National, European and International agencies. She is administrator of CESEP scrl and Engender asbl.
She is trained as an evaluator of programme and PCM methodologies.
Since 2016, she is a lecturer at the University of Rennes 2 (France) on the topic of equality between women and men in professional life.
She has been working on European gender equality laws and policies for more than 20 years.
Recently she has drafted for the European Institute for Gender Equality in Vilnius a policy review on the reconciliation of work, family and private life in the European Union (available at http://eige.europa.eu/sites/default/files/documents/mh0114778enn.pdf) and has written with Professor Jean Jacqmain an article on the legitimacy of gender-based actuarial factors for the European Commission Equality Law Review ( available at http://ec.europa.eu/justice/discrimination/files/elr2015-1.pdf).
In Belgium, she is supporting the process of integration of gender into policies at federal and regional level through training and coaching sessions.
She is also a lecturer at the University of Rennes 2 for the Digital Master in Gender Studies.
